For example when a claim is submitted I don’t believe it is the customers responsibility to reach out to the claims department, but rather should be coordinated through the insurance office as they can give the information necessary and then the claims department can reach out for any other information needed. The staff is nice and helpful still though and have been accommodating for myself when moving here from out of state."
